Because each Lavielle product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on standard orders. This is part of our commitment to reducing waste and maintaining sustainable practices. If your order arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the problem. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if something isn't perfect.
