Because each Lavielle product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on standard orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the problem
