What is Lavielle?

Lavielle creates thoughtfully designed products for intentional living. Inspired by the beauty of unique flowers and nature's elegance, we focus on creating beautiful, functional items that help you bring structure, calm, and mindfulness to your everyday life. Each product is crafted with care to support your journey toward more purposeful living.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer premium A5 journals designed for quarterly planning, daily tracking, and mindfulness practices. Our journals feature high-quality paper, minimalist design, and thoughtful layouts that make them perfect companions for your daily routine.

We're continuously expanding our collection with new product types inspired by unique flowers. Soon, we'll be launching additional products beyond journals. Stay tuned for exciting new additions to the Lavielle family!

What size are your journals?

Our journals are A5 size (148 x 210 mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches). This size is carefully chosen to be portable yet spacious—perfect for carrying in your bag so your journal can move through the day with you, while still providing ample space for writing, planning, and reflection.

How does print-on-demand work?

Each Lavielle product is created specifically for you when you place your order. We partner with Lulu, a trusted print-on-demand service, to produce and fulfill your order with the highest quality standards.

This made-to-order approach means:

  • Your journal is freshly printed just for you
  • We reduce waste by only producing what's needed
  • Quality is maintained through professional printing standards
  • Production takes a bit longer than pre-made inventory, but ensures freshness and sustainability

How long does shipping take?

Since each product is made to order through our partner Lulu, production and shipping times vary depending on your location and current production schedules. Lulu operates international production facilities, and your order will be produced at the facility closest to your delivery address to minimize shipping time.

Typical timeline:

  • Production: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping: Varies by location (typically 5-10 business days within Europe)

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been produced and shipped, so you can follow its journey to you.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to Sweden and all EU countries. Through our partnership with Lulu, your order will be produced at a facility close to you and shipped directly to your address.

Can I return my order?

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on standard orders. This is part of our commitment to reducing waste and maintaining sustainable practices.

However, if your order arrives damaged or has a production defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • Provide your order number and a brief description

We'll work with you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you're happy with your Lavielle purchase.
